At Lazy's, we strive to ensure your orders arrive in the fastest and safest way possible. Please review the following shipping policy:

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Sunday to Thursday) from the date the order is placed.

Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays.

If we encounter a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional business days for transit.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We rely on reliable shipping services within Saudi Arabia:

Within Saudi Arabia (KSA)	3 - 7 business days
Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)	7 - 14 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your Tracking Number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lazy's is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
