LAZY'S EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Lazy's ensures that your return and exchange experience is as easy and hassle-free as possible.
Summary of Terms
Return/Exchange Window: 14 days from the date of order receipt.
Product Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all attached tags.
Exclusions: Underwear and socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
1. Returns and Refunds
Unwanted Items:
If you are not satisfied with your item, you are eligible to return the product within 14 days of the receipt date.
To start, please contact us at support@lazyfits.net to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error by Lazy's).
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain period (varies by bank).
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you received products with manufacturing defects or damage resulting from shipping, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) and provide clear photos of the product.
We will cover the shipping fees and gladly send you a replacement order or issue a full refund, at your choice.
3. Exchanges
We only process exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability).
The customer is responsible for any financial dues related to the exchange process (the cost of shipping the item to be exchanged back to us, and the cost of shipping the replacement item to you).
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Items Lost in Transit: If your order's shipping time exceeds our displayed timeframe by 10 business days, you can contact us, and we will gladly send you a replacement order or issue a full refund.
Stolen/Delivered Packages: lazyfits.net is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been successfully delivered to the address entered for the order by the shipping company. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery and tracking information to enable the customer to follow up with the shipping company.
